Application guide for Flea Market
Hey! Listen up! You can open your flea market free of charge at FRF. People who wants to open a stall should come to the Avalon field by noon on the actual day. But please make reservations to avoid confusion. We are looking forward to checking out your stuff!
Application guide to for market stalls:
Number of stalls: limited to 20 per day
Hours to be opened: noon till dawn
Space: 3m x 2m (the grass field is a little slanted)
Place: Avalon Field (inside Fuji Rock Festival)
Please Note
- You still need the ticket to enter.
- You have to walk to the Avalon Field and set up by yourself. (It's about a 30 minute walk from the entrance)
- You cannot use any vehicle to carry your stuff. You have to carry everything in your back pack.
- You have enough space. You can use your tent or rope but if the rope for tarp is too much it might be a little difficult. Basically, use the space effectively.
- You can leave your booth temporarily whenever you want to, but you have to be responsible with your stuff or belongings.
- You have to leave the venue by 11:00 p.m. every day. This time you can leave your stuffs for the next day, but it is your responsibility to keep things safe.
- NO illegal stuff ( dangerous objects, mushrooms, etc).

Please make reservations first and then fill out the form below and fax it to Flea market secretariat. After checking, we will inform you in a few days. After that please follow the directions and come to Avalon field on the actual day.
