This restaurant has set up its booth for three years running, and the central figure here is Mr. Okuno, who also manages the Beijing-based hard-core group "Thin Man", that performed at 2001 FRF. He's going to open an out-and-out rocker's restaurant's named "Xiao Long Liquor House" this year. So let's check out its menu!!

The main dish is a Chinese north-east region cuisine, "noodle with minced pork source". It's a Chinese noodle with chaffed, minced pork cooked with miso and tian mian jian. Although quite a simple dish, the combination is fantastic!! You'll be able to down it easily, even on a sweltering hot day with no appetite! There's also "Peal milk tea", a royal milk tea with soft, chewy tapioca balls lying seductively at the bottom of the glass. This will make for a nice dessert.

Suitable for Chinese cuisine, the restaurant will also prepare a variety of Chinese teas. There will be a tea of the day, every day, including Alishan high mountain Oolong tea. It gets chilly at night in Naeba, so why don't you try a little Chinese tea to warm your bones? Or it might be nice to have Chinese tea while checking out Inoue Yosui.
