FRF '99 White Stage Some words from Tricky! [1999.8.1 14:47] Just met Tricky backstage to Fountains of Wayne out here at the White Stage! He is full of energy and bursting with enthusiasm. Told me that he's been wanting to come to Japan for the last two years and now that he's finally here he's promising to "F... the kids' minds!" Says that of all the places he's been in the world, Japan is "the most amazing country...never met so many great people". Not only that, he says he'd like to get a place here, to live part of the year in! Part of the instant draw to Japan is "coming from a society where people are rude" he totally appreciates the Japanese people. Take a look at the new tattoo. So far he's sat 5 hours for this one (it's not yet complete), and when he gets back to Tokyo he's extending his stay to get his chest and other arm done. He wants to totally cover his old tattoos with new ones from Japan. Tricky is bursting with energy. The show tonight is going to be a complete blast!
